1969 AMC Hurst SC/Rambler 390CI Identification and Photos Market Value

Although much smaller than the typical muscle cars we imagine, this little 1969 390 equipped AMC car can blow the doors off some of the most prestigious muscle cars. The objective for AMC was simple: design an affordable and eye-catching car with the biggest V8 engine possible. All SC/Hurst package AMCs came with a 315HP 390CI engine with a 4 barrel carburetor. All cars also came with a T-10 4-speed manual transmission.

From the factory, this special package would also have heavy duty shocks, an anti-sway bar, and anti-hop rear links with Polyglas E70-14 tires all around this radical ride! Front disc brakes were also an option available on these little cars! The car came with standard gauges minus the SUN tachometer mounted on the steering wheel column.

All of the 1512 AMC Hurst edition 390 cars came with Hurst badging and a real and functional ram-air hood scoop. Values have shown the car selling in restored condition from $55k-$80k.

Check some of the photos we took below from a local San Diego show.
